IAN ANDREWS

Senior Physio and Founder of Oakwood Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre

Hi, I’m Ian Andrews, a chartered, state-registered physiotherapist with extensive experience in elite sports. I founded Oakwood Physiotherapy in Bingham, Nottinghamshire, where we offer personalised, high-level care for a wide range of patients, from the general public to world-class athletes.

We specialise in sports injuries, often resolving issues within one or two sessions. I work alongside leading experts, providing cutting-edge treatments and fast access to top consultants and imaging when needed.

My special interest is in neck and spinal injuries. Before becoming a physiotherapist, I played professional football for Leicester City, Glasgow Celtic, Southampton, and Bournemouth. Since qualifying, I’ve worked with Leicester City’s Academy, Team GB, the England football team, and the England rugby squad.

Access & Parking

We’re conveniently located in Bingham town centre, with easy access via Bingham Train Station and Trent Barton buses from Nottingham. On-street parking is available on Station Street, though spaces aren’t guaranteed.

We recommend using the town centre’s free two-hour parking or the long-stay health centre car park (please check pay-station details). We also have two driveway spaces, reserved for less able patients.
